Leaving.

Well, let’s see what has come and gone in the life of Ari…

I got my permit. That was exciting, waiting down at the DMV for them to call my number. Missed one on the test. Oh well. Did some craaazy reverse figure 8s and stuff in the parking lot, though.

Then Christmas. Morning was fun: went to my grandma’s house and mingled with my immediate family, got some gifts, ate brunch. Afternoon, ate some more (^_^) with my extended family, watched some movies, and generally had a great time. Yay!

Today: Church this morning, now I’m finishing up the last of my college apps. Money, apps, and supplements have been turned in for everybody except MIT, and I’m just gonna revise one last essay and then submit. A fairly stressful process…almost over.

Oh! Got a couple new games. Homeworld 2 I’ve been waiting for for a while (waited till it came down to $30) and Deus Ex: Invisible War has also been a long wait. Both of them aren’t disappointing, but not as good as their originals, at least to this jaded gamer. Bought Mario & Luigi Superstar Saga for a cool $20 (nice deal), but it hasn’t come yet so I can’t take it to the conference. Boohoo.

So that’s all for today. Oh, and I’m going on a church conference in Anaheim for the next couple of days, so you probably won’t see me (unless you happen to be visiting the Anaheim convention center).
