What’s your favorite electronic gadget? Up until this year, I probably would’ve had to say my computer with all my files over the years (damn, remind me to find a good online backup service!). Just when I was desperately trying to get it to turn on for the last hour, I realized that my new favorite gadget is my Nexus One. It does everything (except movies!) my computer does for me and more and does it on the go. I’ve taken it on trips now without a laptop and had a great time not missing my laptop at all (or camera, or video game console, or MP3 player, or GPS, or the various other electronic trappings we accumulate). Adding Flash to the browser definitely helped :). I especially hate taking pictures not from my Nexus One since I have to manually upload them to my computer and then the Internet! Even though my PowerShot SX200IS is a better camera by far, it took me almost a month to upload my pictures from Yosemite to the Internet, while it only took a few days for me to get around to uploading them from my phone.
